In 2006, NIU made the difficult decision to close the gallery in Chicago.

While saddened by the loss, we will be able to bring more focus and resources to the galleries in DeKalb, where we hope to continue to build an exciting and diverse roster of exhibitions and programs.

Thanks to all of you who visited the gallery over the years.
